Prices have been competitive for the policy coverage and when one of our vehicles was totaled, we got a reasonable amount of money for it. I have worked with Omar and team 5 or 10 times since he came on board in the past year and they are always quick to respond to questions. You also get the same person on the phone (or text) every time and they know who you are! I was finally able to meet Omar in person and he is a very friendly guy who genuinely wants to help. "I have been a client at Omar Kordahi's State Farm office for years , and recently totaled my car .
Because the car was registered to both me , and my recently passed Wife , the paperwork required by the claims department was overwhelming and tricky for Me . I felt like the forms were in a different language, and had filled them out and had them notorized twice , but wasn't able to have them done to the claims departments requirements.
I expressed my frustration to a member of Omar's team , Katey Hardesty , and She was kind , compassionate, and so helpful to me .
She told me that She was a notary, and assured me , that if I came in , She would help make sure that the paperwork would be processed ASAP, to end my frustration, and get me my much needed settlement.
